The eBike market moves fast. Websites that can’t keep up get left behind. IMAGINE developed a site for eBikes USA that’s bold, easy to explore, and built for constant change. Whether it’s new models, updated specs, or eCommerce needs that shift week to week, the site is set up to evolve without the usual digital chaos.

Labor Day Campaign

Step 1: Problem Solving

As every brand knows, you have to have a Labor Day sale. It’s our right! The campaign objective was to drive in-store traffic during the Labor Day Sale period by promoting a limited-time offer.

With one caveat. The store was closed on Labor Day. That’s where we had to get creative and get ahead of the holiday with “limited time” language. Oh..and we ran out of the gift with purchase after one week.

What We Decided...

Decided Placement Strategy: website homepage graphic, email, text, social media, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and in-store signage >  with all channels linking to a single, consistent landing page.

Step 2: Content creation

In Colorado, we have a helluva lot of sunny days. We wanted to take advantage of that and have a staff outing! Ahem – I mean.. a production. 

Ideas were tossed around the table and we came to the solution for an 8-hour shoot at a local state park with 100 SPF. We packed the gear, and the eBikes of course, and drove to a local state park.

Step 3: delivery & execution

In a very specific order, we had to make sure the landing page was ready to get the attention of the website traffic we were bound to generate. 

The strategy behind placement and messaging is our secret sauce. We had both a brand awareness campaign and retargeting campaign set up to generate new customers, plus bring back those that already know the store exists but now they get a gift!

Step 4: Results & Significance

Between August 29th and September 5th, we saw over 1,600 users on the website (+45% more than their average weekly traffic).

Incentives make a difference. We saw 22% of returning customers making the next step in their buying decision and quickly ran out of the “Free Helmet with purchase” after only one week.

Google: 241 conversions with an avg. CPC of $1.15

SMS: 22.89% of recipients clicked the link and 4 responded immediately with interest.
